Zooming Along with Die cut Stamping

Hi Everyone, I had another zoom crafting session with some friends (Bonnie, Brenda, Darnell, Loll and Susan)
We did some Print Making with die cuts as described by Kathy from The Daily Marker and The 30 day Colour Challenge
The die cuts were water coloured and the colour transferred to the watercolour paper.
You can also add more colour to the die cut before sticking it to the paper.

We have a little blog hop for you to drop in and see what everyone did.

Christine (that's Me 😏)
 Loll

I was much happier with the colour and layout on my first card. I think my second needs just the right sentiment to balance the images.

Card Recipe
Stamps:
Paper: 110lb White, Water colour, Black
Ink: Distress oxide
Accessories: Watercolours
Techniques: Die cutting, watercolours

Awesome cards Christine. I really LOVE that clock image. The die-cut is beautiful and then to have a second print, makes it doubly beautiful! :) Great colours ... so YOU! Your seahorses are gorgeous ... the colours are so beautfiul and great work with the prints again. So clear, yet gives a feeling of distance. Let'z Zoom again soon! xx

I love the look of both your results, Christine! That clock die is awesome and makes this card work for any gender. And I have a thing for seahorses, so I especially love your second design and the coloring! You know I can't help it if I see a story and it does sort of look like a mom and dad seahorse are saying to their young'n, "Explain yourself, Geraldine. You know if you didn't go rolling around on the paper, you would be a dark vibrant color like us!" 😂 Let's play again soon! Hugs, Darnell

What a wonderful day to get to see everyone and stamp together. That clock card is awesome, the colors look so good together and the impression came out great. The seahorse family is so cute and the baby prints are very crisp.

I love the look of the clock faces die cut Christine and then the brightly coloured seahorses, and two great background prints from them, and this is a lovely techique to add as much or as little to the background as you like, and both have some great white space which can be just as important to the look and works beautifully here. x

Wonderful job with this technique! I did try but did not use a die cut and had a major fail. I agree about the colors of that first one which I just love and do think a sentiment on the second one will finish it off perfectly! How fun to have a get-together!

Way cool and beautiful cards, Christine! I keep seeing this technique and wanting to try it. Love your dies and how perfectly the background shows up. Really a neat effect. You'll find the perfect sentiment for the second card, I'm sure.

I love your reverse reflection in the background. This card is amazing and is great for any guy. In the second card, adding the appropriate sentiment will make it a stunning card. I love your colorful seahorses. Great die printing technique.

How fun to craft together via zoom, Christine!
Love the colors and layout of the first card. The soft prints are simply beautiful.
The colors of the seahorse card are my favorite! I think the shell is contributing to striking a good balance. :-)
