Who Thought Mandala's Could Make Such Pretty Christmas Ornaents

Hi everyone, I recently received my new stamps from Magenta and now have this beautiful Mandala Ornament stamp. When I opened it the first thing that came to mind was gold watercolour paint.

I sprayed Nuance powders mixed with water to create the background, once it dried I stamped the image using Versafine Claire and used clear embossing powder to create the image. I removed some of the background colour with bleach and then watercoloured using the finetec gold and silver watercolours. this was a great idea for mass producing cards, I love the effect of the gold.

I used the following stamps:-

Mandala Ornaments
   Mandala Ornaments
 [0768.P]
 [07.1019.F]

Wishing you a Merry Christmas...

Card Recipe

I know, I know (arm flailing in the air 😂)... you thought mandalas would make great ornaments and you were right. Very creative. Great card and use of the bleaching technique.

Nuance is new to me and I looked it up. It made a pretty background for the mandala's. Using them as ornaments is such a good idea and they just sparkle with the gold and silver paint. You could make them for your tree and wouldn't they be spectaular when the light hits them.
