CAS Christmas Card Challenge Mid Month Reminder

It's time for the Mid Month Reminder at CAS Christmas Card Challenge, Trina is our Host for the month and Helen of Helen's Craft Haven is our Guest Designer. This months cue word is Stockings, so pull out your stockings and start stamping.

,

For my card I used a free bee stamp from a magazine and made a shaker card. I like to have a few shaker cards at Christmas for people I give cards to in person. I finder mailing gets a little expensive for these pretty cards 😊

I coloured the stocking using prismacolor pencils and watercoloured the background. the frame is from Your Next Stamp. I hope you like my little stocking and it inspires you to play along with us.

Card Recipe
Stamps: Freebee from a magazine, AMuse (sentiment)
Paper:110lb white, watercolour hot press, silver, black
Ink: Ranger archival
Accessories: watercolouring, coloured pencils, Die cut frame (YNS), acetate, sequins
Techniques: watercolouring, die cutting, shaker card

Oh, I like the frame over your cute stocking shaker card! Yes, mailing can be an issue which is definitely a shaker card deterrent for me, tsk tsk.
