I used the Tim Holtz blossom stencil with Lindys magicals spritzed with water, when the ink was dry I used a blending tool to blend around the edges into the centre. A little background stamping with the Tim Holtz flowers and ledger script stamp. The quote is from a Local King set (still life) which I think has now been discontinued. I threw my paint on the canvas and this is what I got 😉 I hope you like it.

I love this card! The colours are so beautiful and the bit of text and sponging around the stenciled image add so much to the image.
An art masterpiece! Beautiful colours. The black text is a great contrast. Beautiful. Love it! xx
This is so gorgeous Christine. So happy I was able to see this in real life as it is even more amazing. LOVE your new photo backdrop! xx
WOW! I love the way the Lindy's colored the flowers in the stencil and the sponged and subtly stamped background make them even prettier! Very artsy and true to the sentiment!

I do like it. A lot! Must get some Lindy's!
What a fabulous collage you created! Love all the elements and the gorgeous combination of colors. I always loved the look of text in the background too. This is beautifully composed!
This is a marvelous look with the Lindys. Did you use sprays, or put the mica powder down, then spritz with water? It's very effective, and brilliant idea to shade with the DI's over towards the edge. It's a very soothing & lovely transition of your colors. The text background is another subtle detail that gives a lot of dimension to this pretty card. TFS

Beautiful stenciling with your powders Christine - wonderful artistic look to go with your lovely quote!
Hi Mary, I spritzed with water after sprinkling through the stencil :)
Your complex background is so amazing. I love multi-colored flowers from the template. They look stunning. Adding a script to the background makes the background take on a mysterious character. Great card, Christine !!
