Rubber band stamping

I forgot all about using rubber bands for stamping until CAS Mix up reminded me.
I used Versamark and Pan Pastels for the background and a Magenta stamp for my focal image.
the sentiment is from Purple onion.
The layer were die cut using the Stamplorations crazy running stitch.

I'm entering this for

Such a beautiful effect with the technique and love the stamped image on top. Such delicate and pretty colours and also like how you've then framed it with the black...draws your eye right in. Thank you for joining us at The CAS Mix Up Challenge with this beautiful card x

Love the use of the rubber bands on this. I'm enjoying seeing your work with Pan Pastels, something I inherited, couldn't work with and recently got rid of. Now I regret that after seeing what you do with them. The silhouette is perfect on this. This one looks fun to do too!

Very pretty background with the rubber band and the pastels, Christine! Using the pastels for this technique is a great idea! The black silhouette and the black card base make the pastel colors look strikingly beautiful. Hideko xx

Such a lovely background, and thanks for the inspiration to use the pan pastels (which I didn't even think about!) Love that you were able to get the pretty flower silhouette to be the focal image for the great background. And the stitched dies are terrific too. TFS & Hugs
