These turned out really beautiful. I used gesso for the first time yesterday. I still have it all over me. Every time I look I find a new place that I got it on. Messy stuff!

Two fabulous cards and I love your techniques! The first one is so dreamy! The second one has such a wonderful effect with the pop of color on black. These are processes I’d never think of so thank you for describing your process. Love the gold script for your backgrounds as well as the soft blending of Oxide inks.

Two delightful soft and pretty Christmas cards Christine and love the dreamy look of the first and great use of gesso on the poinsettias, and the pastel colours on the bauble looks great against the black card on the second, and love the gold script and sentiment too. x

Your first card is absolutely dreamy and even your second card has sort of a dreamy look to it -- in color! I like the look of the stenciling over script. It's always good to get a couple more Christmas cards under your belt!

Both cards are fantastic, Christine! Love the soft and velvety gesso effect! The pastel color ornament is so pretty, and the ombre blue sponging is so beautiful. The script stamping in the backgrounds makes these cards so special.

Two beautiful cards, Christine. I love the hazy look of the first card and the beautifully contrasting black colors of the baubles in the second card. Great inspiration for Christmas cards
