CAS Christmas Mid Month Reminder- Winter Scene

Hi Everyone, it's time for CAS Christmas Mid month reminder. It's my turn to host the challenge and my prompt is winder scene.

Don't forget to follow the rules for a chance to be one of our Challenge winners.

I've used a Sweet Poppy stencil and light Molding paste on Black Mixed Media Card stock to create this little winter snow globe scene.  When the paste was dry I painted it with Gouache paints and used my gel pen for the snow inside the globe. Please join me the Design Team and our Guest Designer Izzy (Izzyscraps) in creating a few Christmas cards for your stash.

Stamps:  Sentiment - Penny Black

What a great use of molding paste in creating this fun snow globe winter scene, Christine! I thought it was a die-cut at first!
Your coloring and shading are so beautiful, especially the mailbox and the globe base The snowman looks happy to find a red frosty friend!

I love this scene. The snow against the black really shows up so well and putting this in the snow globe is awesome. A cool mailbox and sweet bird perched on his hat.

Such a cute image with the British postbox and snowman. The gouache paints worked really well on top of the paste.
