CAS Christmas Mid Month Reminder

Hi Everyone, it's the last challenge for 2020 at CAS Christmas,Trina has asked us to use some non traditional colours for our Christmas card.

I opted for Turquoise and painted this cute little bear from Stamping Bell in a monochromatic colour palate.
My background is a script Embossing folder which is one of my favorites (I don't know who makes it) it measures 8" X 8" so too bit for a cuttle bug or big shot unless you cut it down.

I used some glossy accent on his nose, and the berries you can't see it in the photo but it looks so cute.

We hope you join in to top up your stash for Christmas, non traditional colours, the team have some awesome cards for you to check out.

Card Recipe
Stamps: Stamping Bella
Paper: Hot press Watercolour, 110lb White, Black
Ink: Versafind Claire
Accessories: Viviva Color sheets
Techniques: Watercolouring, Dry Embossing

What a sweet cupcake scene with an adorable bear and a tiny mouse, Christine! I love how you colored the image with the turquoise in a monochromatic tone! All the white space highlights the beauty of the color. The script dry embossing creates a subtle texture and makes a perfect background!

Awww, this little bear is adorable! I like the monotone for a CAS Christmas card. I mean, if ever there was a time for CAS, it's Christmas. That's one huge embossing folder, but definitely pretty and useful. Oh, and I just now spotted the little mouse. Too cute!
