Now for my card I used some watercolour tissue paper I had left over from a crafty get together a little while a ago. This one had some great flecks of gold from Delicata gold ink and Distress oxide inks mixed in. I adhered the tissue paper to card stock and die cut it with an octagonal stitched die. The leaves were die cut from foil duct tape stuck to card and the Alcohol inks were dripped over the the leaves to give them a nice autumn look, once dry I glued them to the card.
I would love to see your comments and happy to answer your questions 😊

Your design is so creatively unique, Christine. The watercoloured tissue paper background is gorgeous and works so well with those amazing leaves! Hope to see this card in real life when we get together next week! It's been so much fun working with you on the team for the last several months, my sweet friend! xx
Your leaves are stunning! I have to buy me some duct tape and truly start investing in AI. Your tissue background is gorgeous behind them. Love it. Trina xx
ps. Happy first bday and yes, joining recently counts because you're part of the team!
I love this card - the background looks like an autumn sky with bits of cloud in it - a perfect setting for the beautiful AI leaves! CAS perfection!
Love the octagonal frame and that fabulous tissue background. Amazing leaves and such a gorgeous card...Thank you for the inspiration x
Seriously, duct tape? Wow, they are beautiful. I am really in awe that's what you used.
Not only is your background gorgeous but those leaves are spectacular! I would never guess that was a metallic duct tape! The alcohol ink gave them such a gorgeous fall color. This is beautifully designed, Christine!
Gorgeous tissue paper background with the gold accents, Christine. Love your beautiful foil and alcohol ink die cut leaves. I can just imagine how in real life your card must glow and must be touched!! TFS my friend. Hugs
very pretty...I really like the shape, works well with your overall card design. The gold adds such a touch of elegance too.

These are amazing leaves, Christine! I can't believe you made them using foil duct tape!! I need to go to Home Depot, and try this technique. :-) I love your design - the octagonal tissue paper window with the gorgeous leaves on the sill. The ladybug is a cute touch. Hideko

Wonderful soft colors on your tissue paper Christine - and the gold leaves just sparkle off your background! I almost missed that sweet little ladybug! what a great embellishment!
This is a beautiful card Christine, and I adore the leaves in a little pile at the bottom of the frame and the pink base card picks up the pink in the tissue really well. x
