Twofer Dogs

Hi Everyone, I wanted to join in with Darnell's Final Twofer Challenge, this month's theme is Dogs/Cats so I rummaged through my stash of dog stamps and pulled out a Colorado Craft Christmas set.
The first is a Christmas card is the stamp with a sentiment from the same set coloured with pencils.

My second is a fun card which I inked up the top portion of the stamp and then used some tape on the presents under the dog so I stamped just the dog. I then masked the dog and stamped the toadstool.
I had to use the sentiment from Pink in Dog stamp set to go with this. He looks really guilty and the Rabbit knows what he did 😏 When I stamped the dog I forgot to include his tail so had to add my own (oops)

Card Recipe
Stamps: Colorado Craft, Lavinia, Pink Ink (Sentiment) Kitties Kits (Grass)
Paper: 110lb White, Black
Ink: Versafine Clair
Accessories: Coloured Pencils
Techniques: Pencil Colouring

CAS Christmas Mid Month Reminder

Hi Everyone, there's still time to play along with CAS Christmas Card Challenge.
You have until August 24th to find some Decoration and play along.

I used a Gelli print from my stash and stamped the IndigoBlu Snow Globe (I thing they may have discontinued this stamp) then stamped the cute little Penguin from Pink Ink Designs (We Three Kings Christmas Series). I used my Posca White Acrylic paint to go over the white areas of the the penguins and then fussy cut the globe and popped it up on some foam strips on this 5"X5" card.
A Really simple card 😀

Here is a close up of the Penguins.

Stamping Through a Stencil

Hi Everyone, CAS Mix up has a fun challenge running this month, they want us to stamp through a stencil. This is such a great way to combine your stamps and stencil and at the same time keep the card pretty CAS. I'm hoping this card fits as I've used a large stencil (Sweet Poppy - Abstract Circle Backplate) which covers almost all the card 😅. I've used some Lavinia Fairy Bugs and a Magenta Script background to stamp through the stencil.
I'll add the sentiment when I'm ready to use the card.
Edit to previous post-
I've created a more CAS version of the card using the same colours of Distress inks (Rusty Hinge, Prize Ribbon and Crushed Olive)

My first version 😏

I'm entering this at CAS Mix up - Stamping Through a stencil
and Darnell's NBUS- 29 challenge (my stencil and bugs)

CAS Christmas Card Challenge - where are those decorations ?

Hi Everyone, it's time for CAS Christmas Card Challenge and Cathy our host for August has asked pull out or Christmas Decorations. Lucie (Lucie G Cards) and the Design Team have some really cool cards for you to check out😊

Here is my card for the challenge. I used the Bell stencil from Sweet Poppy stencil and blended distress inks by masking off the areas with the different colours. I left the centre of the bell fairly light which is where I stamped my little cottage in the pine trees.
The bell is very open so you can stamp lots of different images inside the stencil, it's also on the larger side, my card is a 5"X7".
I used pencils to add dimension and shading to the ribbon and the bell.

Here is a close up of the little cottage stamped inside the bell.

I'm adding this to the following challenges
