Smudge Technique wiith Distress Oxide inks

On a recent craft day with Susan, Loll and Trina we tried a smudge technique using Distress Oxide inks. The technique can be seen here at Scrapcosy, I adapted it a little and did the scene versus multiple images. I also place the stamp in my MISTI, that way if you smudge a little too much you can add definition back into your image.


I sprayed some shimmer spray over the image when it was dry, as always it looks way more sparkly IRL.

This is so pretty Christine, and I love the stamp and the smudge effect is so soft and works well in that beautiful blue, gives



This is a great technique using this pretty scenic stamp Christine and I love the soft blue colour. I think it has the look of a slightly misty winter's day. x
