Pixelated dress

I was inspired to try this pixelated technique by Crafted By Jules after seeing her beautiful flower I just couldn't wait to try it.
For the squares I used  retired stamp by stamping up and the image of the runway model is from Stampin back both were stamped using Shadow Gray Archival ink.

The squares are watercoloured in muted tones for the background and shades of blue for the dress.
This was a fun technique and one I definitely want to try again.

I'm entering this for the following challenges

WOW! Talk about a new technique. This one is amazing and impressive. I followed your link back to see how it was done but to get the right shades in the square had to be an amazing task. LOVE this and thanks for yet another inspiring idea from you.

Wonderful technique, I will have to try it sometime, but first I have to buy such a checkered stamp background :-) It looks like a digital image, it makes a huge impression. I love this card, Christine!
