The black cards stock is one of my previously made cling wrap backgrounds. I used a Simon Says Stamp falling snow stencil and texture paste to crate the snowy scene. the polar bears have been stamped die cut and coloured with watercolours. The snow bank was cut with a lawn fawn hills die cut, sponged with distress inks and glitter texture paste added for snow.
I used my embossing tip to shape the edge of the mama and baby polar bears and popped them up on some foam dots.

Ink: Ranger black archival
Accessories: Lindy's Stamp Gang magicals, watercolours, texture paste, glitter paste

This looks so frosty with the black & starry night sky. Never thought to try the cling technique with anything but a white background, really like the effects of this dark c/s. Cute stamp, and like the embossing detail to create some dimension with the bears. TFS & Hugs
