Happy Birthday Loll

I know Loll has received her card so I can now post her card - Happy Birthday Loll.

I used the "crusty bits" off my gelli plate (inspired by one of Tracey Evans Facebook videos) to make the background 😊 and a stamp set from AALL and Create.
Crusty bits are all those dry specks of paint left after making your prints, you can pull them off with a fresh coat of light (white, grey) acrylic paint. They have such an organic look and I love all those specks of colour

I know Loll always finds beauty in everyday, we see it in her cards.

CAS Christmas Card Challenge Mid Month Reminder

Hi Everyone, it's time for CAS Christmas card challenge Mid Month Reminder.

The challenge this month is to bring out the bells.  This cute little Dachshund from Katzelkraft is strutting his stuff with his Santa had with a bell.
I watercoloured him with Inktense pencils and shadow black watercolours.

The sentiment is from one of the Dyan Reaveley Christmas sets from Dylusion. I cut them out and put some foam tape behind and also popped up the little dog with foam tape.

Thank you for dropping by and checking out my card, and I hope you play along with us.

CAS Christmas Ring the Bell for June

Hi Everyone, it's time for CAS Christmas Card Challenge. The theme for this month is Bells, Linda is our host and LeAnne is our Guest Designer.

We hope you join the team in creating some Christmas cards for your stash, I can't wait to see what you create. Remember we are CAS Challenge so check the rules if you want to be considered for the winning card or  outstanding design.

For my card I kept it simple by stamping my background text in Versafine Clair and heat embossing with clear embossing powder then stamping my bells on watercolour paper and colouring with Fine Tec  Pearlescent watercolours (Ocean) and die cutting them. Once coloured I re stamped the image to sharpen the outline.

As my supplies were out I did a second card this time with Versafine Tulip.

I'd love to hear from you 😊
